Do I need to switch agents or managers?
No. Let IQ runs alongside your existing setup — we don't manage tenancies, we just keep the statutory side compliant. If you self-manage, you'll get more out of it.
What happens if I miss something?
Every check sits on an escalation ladder tuned to its certificate, so it appears on your dashboard and in email alerts well before it lapses — and it stays flagged until the evidence is filed. Let IQ is a tracking tool, not a guarantee: the compliance decisions remain yours.
Is there a minimum portfolio size?
One. We're built for private landlords but happy to onboard a single property. The flat £5/property/month rate (plus £10 a month for each extra team member) makes it easy to grow without surprise bills.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time from your billing page — access continues to the end of the paid period. Your documents stay available to download for 90 days after that, then everything is deleted.
